Here Comes the Navy & Libeled Lady icons; Cagney wallpapers

My monthly random assortment of icons should be posted soon. In the meantime, here are two movie-specific batches: twelve from Here Comes the Navy (1934), and fourteen from Libeled Lady (1936). The latter are by request; I apologize for taking so long, and that the quality of them is not nearly as good as I'd like. It was actually quite hard to dig up pictures from the movie, and those I did find were not exactly ideal for icon-making. However, I do have some screencaps for the request of Rear Window, which I will also get to when I can. :)

While I'm posting, here are three wallpapers I posted at [livejournal.com profile] jamescagney in honor of Jimmy Cagney's birthday a couple of weeks ago.

The "Armed and Dangerous" is my favourite. *grin*

True, true. You did a great job on the colouring on all of them, but for some reason this one stuck out because it looks just enough like it's a hand-tinted photo to really give it a nostalgic post-card feel. I love it. Sailor hat notwithstanding, I may break down and use it. :-p

I really went berserk capturing that movie. You have the slightly purged version after I cleared out the blurry ones. :-p

Awww... My mom said she was disappointed in the Summer Under the Something herself, although my sister found some stuff that interested her. Oh well. It seems to have rounds of greatness and then dull times, doesn't it?
