A small batch of anime icons

icontalking hosted a "two or more characters" icon activity this month. It was a good incentive for me to finally add an icon of Ikoma and Takumi to my lineup. ;) Aside from the ones I kept for myself, here's my output for the prompt--also including fellow "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress" characters Ayame and Kurusu, and one icon of Naofumi and Raphtalia from "The Rising of the Shield Hero". While I'm at it, I'll throw in a couple of other previously-unposted "Shield Hero" icons as well.
