I saved #1 with credit. I love the scenes such as this which took place in gardens that I would give anything to have! I admire the colors/textures you use to give new life to these old b&w classics!

Is there any chance of you finding and making a few userpics of Maria Ospensynka who played the old gypsy woman in the Wolfman movies?

And there's a very good chance of that. *g* I have screencaps of "The Wolf Man", and I've been thinking about doing a batch of icons from it before Halloween.

I also happen to adore Maleva. (I'm weird--I totally 'ship her and Claude Rains' character Sir John. *points to icon* In fact, I have a post-movie fanfic that focuses on the two of them!)

THANK YOU for sharing that fanfic with me! It is the first and only I have cared to read. Maleva was such a great actress for that part in the movie. I remember Bela her son doing the card reading for Larry Talbot and the upset that brought.

The old cart Maleva drove was great too. I remember her and Larry driving along when the moon rose and he jumped off and became the dreaded creature he was doomed to be.

I look forward to your icon post! That would be great for this time of year.

Glad you enjoyed the fic! :) I actually have an unfinished sequel sitting in my files, but I don't know when I'll ever get to writing the rest of it...

I'm pretty wrapped up with writing stories on deadlines right now (which is why there haven't been a lot of graphics posts here lately), but I am very much in the mood to do some classic horror. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to spare a weekend or two for it next month. :)
