beloved_tree has inspired me with the idea of making humorous presidential-campaign icons featuring classic film characters. Here are my first ten, from her suggestions and my own ideas. They include James Cagney and friends, Danny Kaye, William Powell/Myrna Loy, and Claude Rains.

Does anyone have any suggestions for more icons like these? I'll take both single characters and candidate/running mate duos. (No political party references though, please. I want the icons to be universally appealing.)

A ramble about desirable male characters on my journal reminded me that I've given The Danny far too little love lately. Therefore, I present a new wallpaper, Nerds Are Cuter. It isn't Walter Mitty, but it's Edwin Dingle, which is close enough.
